Data entry is the tax on every invoice

The figures are already on the invoice. Someone still reads them off and types them into the system, field by field, supplier after supplier — the least valuable, most error-prone part of the whole process, repeated hundreds of times a month.

It's slow, it's dull, and it's where the mistakes live: the transposed total, the wrong VAT rate, the date off by a month. Every one of them has to be caught later, when it's more expensive to find.

Automating data entry doesn't mean handing over control. It means the typing is done for you and your job becomes checking, not keying.

Upload, extract, import

The entry happens for you. The approval stays yours.

1

Upload the invoice

One at a time or a whole folder — PDF, scan, photo or image-only, from any supplier.

2

AI does the data entry

Supplier, number, dates, line items, net, VAT and total — extracted into structured fields, no typing.

3

Review and import

Check the figures, then download a CSV or Excel file ready for Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.

Faster, and with the control you keep

Minutes, not hours

A pile that used to be an afternoon of keying is a quick review. The time goes back into the work that actually needs a person.

Nothing posts without you

The automation stops at the export. You review every figure and decide what imports — the entry is automated, the approval isn't.

What it does — and what stays with you

What KrinoDoc does

  • Does the data entry — every field read off the invoice, no typing
  • Reads any layout — digital PDF, scan or photo — with no per-supplier setup
  • Exports a CSV or Excel formatted for Xero, QuickBooks or Sage
  • Flags lines worth a second look so review is quick

What stays with you

  • Coding each invoice to the right nominal and VAT treatment
  • Approving and posting the bills in your accounting system
  • The final review — every export is yours to check and edit before it's used

Frequently asked questions

How does the automation work?

Upload the invoice, KrinoDoc extracts every field — supplier, number, dates, line items, net, VAT and total — and hands back a CSV or Excel file formatted for import into Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. The keying step disappears; you review and import.

Which accounting software does it work with?

The export is a clean CSV/Excel that imports into Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and any package that accepts a CSV. There's no integration to configure — you stay in control of what gets posted and when.

Does it learn each supplier's layout?

There's nothing to train. KrinoDoc reads each invoice the way a person would, so a new supplier or a changed layout works the first time — no templates, no rules, no maintenance.

What about scanned or photographed invoices?

Read the same as digital PDFs. Scans, phone photos and image-only PDFs all extract, so you're not back to manual entry the moment an invoice arrives on paper.

Does it post to my accounts automatically?

No — by design. KrinoDoc removes the typing, not the judgement. Every extraction is yours to review and edit, and you decide what imports. Automation of the entry, not of the approval.

Where is the data processed?

Entirely on EU servers. Nothing leaves the EU, nothing is used for AI model training, and documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, then deleted on a short retention window. Relevant for any practice handling client data under GDPR.

What does it cost?

Free for the first 30 documents. Paid plans start at €49/month for 150 documents, month-to-month, cancel anytime. Credits are time-limited — see the pricing page for the full breakdown.

Let the typing do itself.
